Everything was good here - incredibly nice staff and brand-new rooms. We had an excellent service, good breakfast. In addition, free Wi-Fi was available.

Free Internet, Close to Train Station, close to metro and trolley. Good shower pressure.

They said we had to pay for Internet at first but we told them it was free so they agreed. Internet is given on time slips. Very few restaurants near by. Need to use public transit to get to central city.

The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the train station. The room was clean and basic, and the staff were helpful and friendly, accommodating my needs . A good value for the price in a bustling city like Milan.

Location just off close to the shopping street :, the near from Corso Buenos Aires, the main station and the metro station Lima, and the Milano Centrale train station. Got spotless room with a balcony, even mini-bar, for instance.

This was the hotel with the best internet connection out of all the hotels I had stayed in during my italy trip (florence, padova, pontassieve). 24 hour reception is also great as well as proximity to a market and shopping street, and metro stop. Spacious bathroom is also a plus

My one complaint would be that the extra pillows stowed in the closet smelled funny

We visited a lovely park nearby and made it to Via Lecco easily. Location is perfect and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were super clean and had nice amenities. It's just a short walk to the train station, a huge plus.

The room had a very old hairdryer that didn't work well, a bit frustrating.

My room was clean and comfortable and perfect for my one night stay. It is a good place to stay if you want a room just for sleeping.

- Free Wifi: I got an account for 24 hour of internet using. - Clean room. - Good air conditioning. - Friendly people.

- They did not recommend leaving the windows open at night. (I dont know why.) - Smell of smoking comes into the room at night.

I loved the charming garden area where I could unwind after exploring all day! The room was spacious and clean.

The Double Room was cozy and definitely served its purpose. The bed was comfortable,. And a little balcony overlooking the charming garden was a nice touch-great for morning coffee. The clean bathroom was a bonus too. The hairdryer was pretty outdated and didn't do much. That, everything else was nice!

This hotel is great value and is located near the Milano Centrale station as well as many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. A simple but filling continental breakfast is provided every morning.

The kids loved the nearby parks, and it was so convenient being just a short walk from the train station. My wife and I also appreciated the attractive lobby and garden areas.

My wife says that improving the bathroom amenities would really help families.

The hotel is close to the Milano Centrale railway station (bus from the airport Malpensa also arrives there) : from the station go 1 block down and turn to the left to the street Boscovich and walk 4 blocks more. The people are very friendly and told me how to get to the places I wished. In just 3 blocks - main Shopping street Corso Buenos Aires: good quality with good prices. 20 min walk to the Duomo. Very good breakfast. Elevator. Toiliteries. A green yard with around 20 species of plants (I had breakfast there). The rooms are new and clean with pleasant design. The best option for shopping and fro travelling.
